In 2021, the civilians of the United States have revolted on themselves, with every race, gender, class, and political party at odds. The decision was made to turn the world into a prison, starting at home. A 50 foot containment wall was erected around the entire U.S. making the country a maximum security prison. All bridges and waterways have been mined. The U.S. has hired CBI, who like an army, has encamped around all borders. There are no guards inside the prisons, just the prisoners and the world they have made. The rules are simple; once you go in.... you don’t come out.
